Hi John, I don't know the size for the battery fixings but there is a very informative series from Andy Cubin at Youtube. The one for the tank studs ist this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOIbGA13tsk . But the other parts are also highly recommended.

Hello,  please could somebody advise the correct stud size for the 4 petrol tank fixings and the 4 battery cradle fixings on a 1935 Model 8.
