I just measureds an original wheel I have..the soke diameter is 0,130" with some stove enamelling on it..i reckon that would make it 10g.

Does any one know the original spoke diameter for the front wheel of my 1929 model 8. Currently it has a mixture of 10 and 11 SWG spokes (3.25mm & 2.95 mm)
mostly 11 SWG. I suspect 11 SWG is hard to find as the standard appears to be 10 or 12 which could be why some may have been replaced with 10 SWG.
Any help much appreciated.
