Cork clutch plate for 6 spring clutch for 1928 to 1935 models and earlier models from 1920, check dimensioned drawing to confirm suitability. Please note the size of the tang, whilst these may fit a worn clutch basket they will definitely require a small adjustment with a file if fitting to a new clutch basket.

This plate is equivalent to Sunbeam factory part references 6912 (and possibly 4022) and has corks of 7/32 ins thickness for most models for 1920x-35.
Other cork thickness can be supplied such as part number 4840 which has a cork thickness of 23/64 ins although this is often found to be too thick; please contact the spares team for further information at spares@marston-sunbeam.org .
Note: These plates should be soaked in automatic transmission fluid (ATF) for 24 hours before use. ATF is the recommended oil for the primary chaincase.
