The basket has been machined plain. They are intended to have bonded linings, or they can be machined to accept corks if members wish. The spares team can supply contact details for contractors who can apply the bonded linings, and also of companies to do machining and corking, although modern bonded linings are the way to go. NOTE: this basket only has the friction material on the side facing the plates.
It is practical to mix the bonded lined basket with standard corked plates but we expect shortly to stock plain clutch plates that can be fitted with bonded linings
