Shipments and returns
Your order shipment
New spares are normally shipped once a week and therefore it may be 10 working days or so before you receive your goods in the UK. Foreign orders are shipped by a variety of carriers and the delivery time is dependent upon the time to clear customs which can be extensive particularly in Europe.
Publications are sent via Royal Mail and will generally arrive within 5 days following shipment..
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
For foreign shipments where the weight exceeds Royal mail capability we use mainly UPS and the final cost will not be known until collection. In these cases we may ask for additional shipping costs.
