This rathet peiece is screwed into the clutch back plate and secured by 2 pins.
This ratchet appears on all the parts lists from 1914 to 1924 as n3205. It then appears as 1171 for 1924-26 Parallels, and probably used on everything else for those years. It is not listed for 1927, but definitely used. It was not used at all from 1928 to 1931 with the change of design, only to reappear in 1932 as 135B.
